Our development program, Integr8, is an immersive, experiential simulation that provides participants with opportunities to learn and practice teamwork micro-skills, tools, and techniques in ways that are not context-dependent so that they can be applied to any situation in the future.

Comprised of eight innovative half-day workshops that are conducted over the course of four to six months, Integr8 combines immersive experiences with revelatory discussions that unlock the awesome power of psychological safety at the individual, team, and multi-team levels.
